It froze fine, but once I thawed it out, it ended up dry. I reached out to support and felt like they were kind of blaming me for how I stored or thawed it, which didn’t feel great. Overall, not the best experience.

At first I was like, okay, no big deal, I’ll just check the calorie info real quick. But then I couldn’t find anything clear, and that annoyed me fast. It started feeling a little sketchy, like why is this so hard to see?

I was excited to try mycookiedealer, but the cookies just didn’t taste that fresh to me. A couple were decent, but most of them felt like they’d been sitting around for a while. The texture was the biggest letdown, I was expecting soft and chewy, but they were more dry and crumbly, and a few had edges that were almost hard. The flavors weren’t awful, but with cookies, freshness is kind of the whole point. I also didn’t love how there wasn’t really any human contact through the process. It all felt automated and impersonal, which made it even more frustrating when the order wasn’t great. Not sure I’d order again...

Not gonna lie, I’m giving 2 stars because the customer service was just way too slow for me. I had a question about my order and it took longer than I expected to hear back. When they finally did reply, it felt short and not all that helpful. The whole thing ended up making the order feel more stressful than it needed to be.

The cookies tasted fine, but when I saw the box, my first thought was that it just didn’t feel right to send as a gift. It looked a bit messy and not as put-together as I expected, so it ended up feeling kind of awkward.

A friend recommended this to me, and I was excited to try it, but the drops sell out so fast that I can never actually order anything. It’s frustrating when you’re ready to buy and everything is gone almost immediately

Shipping was alright, I guess. Not awful, not amazing. The package did get here and the tracking actually worked, so that part was fine. It just took a few extra days longer than I figured it would, which was kinda annoying. Nothing was missing or messed up though, so there’s that. I’d probably order again, but definitely not if I needed the stuff in a hurry.
